Recruitment
What is the Custom Recruitment offering?
The hiring of staff via Custom Recruitment is an exclusive hire through Remote Staff. These hires will work through our Remote Monitoring Technology and the staff will be paid via our PEO service.
Who does this offering serve?
Businesses that…
- May want to hire specialty roles,
- May want to limit the risk of a bad hire,
- Don’t mind the upfront recruitment cost as they would rather reduce their ongoing OPEX cost.
Is the custom recruitment fee negotiable?
Yes, The one-time recruitment fee is negotiable depending on the number of staff and type of staff you want to hire.
What happens if I do not end up hiring anyone after the 6-week recruitment period?
Unless you want to extend the 6-week recruitment period, you will receive 100% of your initial deposit if we do not end up hiring a staff for your by the end of the recruitment period.
What happens if I end up filling the role myself within the 6-week recruitment period?
If you are able to hire a staff yourself within the 6-week recruitment period, please inform us, and we will re-evaluate the refund of your initial deposit.
PEO
What is the difference between EOR and PEO?
The main difference between EOR and PEO is that PEO offers HR involvement solutions while EOR does not. With EOR, we are involved in disciplinary actions, but not in providing HR services. With PEO, we are involved in disciplinary actions and in providing HR services.
Who does this offering serve?
Business that…
- May want their own internal recruitment team to find the Filipino staff, but want to outsource the payroll, admin, labor laws compliance and benefits contributions formalities.
- May want to “BYO” Filipino staff to our PEO service. In this case, there is no buy-out fee applied.
- May prefer to reduce their ongoing OPEX cost.
