Recruitment

What is the Custom Recruitment offering?

The hiring of staff via Custom Recruitment is an exclusive hire through Remote Staff. These hires will work through our Remote Monitoring Technology and the staff will be paid via our PEO service.

Who does this offering serve?

Businesses that…

  • May only need 1, 2 or 3 staff,
  • May want to hire specialty roles,
  • May want to limit the risk of a bad hire,
  • Don’t mind the upfront recruitment cost as they would rather reduce their ongoing OPEX cost.

The buy-out fee of $5,200.

What is the Pre-Screened List (PLS) offering? (COMING SOON)

The option of hiring staff via a Pre-Screened List is a price innovation solution.

Who does this offering serve?

Businesses that…

  • May only need generic, easy-to-find capable candidates who have lower monthly wages,
  • May not see value in paying an 18% recruitment fee
  • Might rather pay $326 per month ($59 for recruitment + $267 for PEO service) compared to $427 for Growth Partner Package
  • In terms of buy-out, clients who pay the 18% recruitment fee can apply this payment toward the buy-out fee of $5,200. However, this does not apply to the hires from the pre-screened list.

PEO

What is the difference between EOR and PEO?

The main difference between EOR and PEO is that PEO offers HR involvement solutions while EOR does not. With EOR, we are involved in disciplinary actions, but not in providing HR services. With PEO, we are involved in disciplinary actions and in providing HR services.

Who does this offering serve?

Business that…

  • May want their own internal recruitment team to find the Filipino staff, but want to outsource the payroll, admin, labor laws compliance and benefits contributions formalities.
  • May want to “BYO” Filipino staff to our PEO service. In this case, there is no buy-out fee applied.
  • May prefer to reduce their ongoing OPEX cost.

Growth Partner Package

What is the Growth Partner Package?

It is a full-service package, providing complete solutions for HR, account management, payroll, custom recruitment, and all other PEO services.

Who does this offering serve?

Businesses that…

  • No upfront recruitment fees.
  • Need the added support we offer with unlimited recruitment and unlimited replacement,
  • Need the added Live Monitoring for night shifts, designed to prevent staff sleeping on the job.
  • Want to grow a larger team,
  • For clients with 20+ staff, we will provide additional management support, including process development, documenting and assistance in training the Filipino team.
  • No fees to set up a registered contractor.
  • In terms of buy-out,the buy-out fee of $5,200.
