It’s been a positive experience. To have 2 employees that worked out straight off the bat, is really beneficial to us. We do actually intend on getting more Remote Staff in the future. So yeah, we’ll be using the service again.

Kim [Contractor] is good. There have been times when I had to pull her up. And tell her that certain things are not done right or not done on time. But she has been very open to feedback. And she actually improved a huge amount. She’s doing fine. She’s doing well.

I would recommend Remote staff. You know location-wise, especially timewise, it’s very handy being almost aligned in timezones. The type of customers that Kevin [Contractor] has already worked with are the kind of customers that we have.
